Q: How do I track my keepsake order?
A: Make sure to in include your full name and order # in the package you mail out. Additionally, make sure you also keep your tracking information to refer to as needed.

Q:Can the crewneck say something other than Mama?
A: Yes, it can! You can list what you would like it to say in the description instead of MAMA. But no more than 7 letters at this time. For Example: Mom, Mommy, Dad, Dadda, Nana, Gigi, etc

Q: Can you do multiple names?
A: Yes! I can do multiple names. The more names the more compact it is.

Q: How many outfits can I send?
A: Good news! You can send up to 7 outfits, 1 for each letter as the max is 7 letters for embroidery.

Q: Can you embroider names on the sleeve?
A: Not yet, but stay tuned!
